The last re-modelling and re-structuring phase of this home was the Loft Extension.
We needed to make up for the converted bedroom, going up was the answer! It was a very long process from working with the architect, getting party wall agreements and permissions but it was worth it. We ended up with two more rooms and a small bathroom!
Once the steel beams arrived we were able to support the front roof and finish the exterior frame. The windows and the skylight were installed next and we opened the landing with the floor below. Insulation and internal partitioning was next.
